Level 2 Certificate in Equity, Diversity and Rights in Care

Equality, diversity and rights are important factors to be taken into account when providing care services to individuals in a way that is dignified and respectful.

The Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Equality, Diversity and Rights in Care (RQF) has been developed by experts to give learners an understanding of the principles of equality, diversity and rights in relation to care roles in a variety of settings.

A knowledge-only qualification, it can be taken by learners preparing to enter employment or those who are already employed in a care role but wish to develop their knowledge.
