    We offer accredited qualifications from Level 1 to Level 5, specialising in, Health and Safety, Adult Social Care, Customer Services and Management. Our courses include practical certifications like First Aid at Work and Fire Safety Training, as well as comprehensive diplomas in social care and management.
  • How do I enrol in a course?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We have a sliding scale cancellation fee policy to protect both our students and business. Please contact our support team for specific details about your course's cancellation terms.
  • How are courses delivered?
    We offer flexible learning options to suit your needs: e-Portfolio: Study at your own pace through our online e-portfolio platform Face-to-face training: Attend instructor-led sessions at your work place or a determined venue Blended learning: Combination of online and in-person training for select courses
  • What are your training hours?
    Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. E-portfolio students can access course materials 24/7 through our online platform.
  • How long are training records kept?
    We maintain all training records for 5 years unless otherwise instructed, ensuring you can access your qualification documentation when needed.
  • How long does it take to complete a qualification?
    Completion times vary by course level and study format. Level 2 qualifications typically take 2-3 months, while Level 5 diplomas may take 12-18 months. Your dedicated tutor will provide specific timeframes during enrolment.
